Rebecca's parents sold their farm and moved into the accommodation business, where she worked as a receptionist. However, she always knew she wanted to do something more, something that would challenge her and allow her to make a difference. She found that opportunity in the trades industry.

Starting with just one employee, Rebecca built up her business, Antz Labour Hire, which supplies temporary staff to the construction industry. But she didn't stop there. She also founded Ladies Tradies, an organization that aims to encourage and support women to enter and succeed in the trades industry.

In this episode, Rebecca shares her experiences and insights into what it takes to succeed in business and empower women in the trades industry. She discusses the challenges she faced as a woman in a male-dominated industry and how she overcame them.
